Rapper Korvel Sutton of the Pretty Boy Gangsters has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Apple, claiming that 10 compilation albums being sold through iTunes contain unlicensed tracks from the group. They released a cassette album called Rollin Like a Star back in the day, and some tracks from it have popped up on compilations down the years. Sutton is representing himself in the case, but according to Apple, the compilations were all added to iTunes by Dutch label Rams Horn Record – which according to TorrentFreak has already been on the wrong end of a copyright dispute with Eminem.
