Socially driven playlist service Songza, previously only available as a web or Chrome app, has released free iPhone and Android apps. As well as providing recommendations, in its current iteration users can curate and share playlists, but in a bizarre twist cannot listen to their own playlists, because Songza would have to pay for a more expensive class of licensing to facilitate that.
