
Music videos service Vevo attracted 57 million unique viewers in the US in October, according to comScore’s latest Video Metrix figures. Those people watched more than 827 million videos in total, spending an average of 66 minutes each on Vevo during the month. All good?
Well, the unique viewers figure is down again: from 57.3 million in September, and 62.3 million in August. However, the total video views figure has been on the rise: 519.7 million in August, 748 million in September and 827 million in October. The Video Metrix chart still has Google sites (i.e. YouTube) in top spot, attracting 160.1 million US viewers in October, who watched more than 20.9 billion videos at an average of 424.2 minutes per person. Facebook is second with 59.8 million unique viewers watching 346 million videos at 18.4 minutes per viewer.
