ShareMyPlaylists has launched its app for Spotify’s new apps platform, based on its database of more than 60,000 ‘high-quality’ playlists for the streaming music service. The app sits within Spotify’s desktop client, offering 50 featured playlists as well as a weekly chart of the most popular playlists on its site. Users can also auto-generate their own playlists based on individual artists, and save them to the Spotify application, or drag their existing playlists into the app to publish them back out to ShareMyPlaylists. “ShareMyPlaylists.com is the most popular Spotify playlist sharing site on the web and we’re delighted to bring the experience to the Spotify App Platform,” says CEO Kieron Donoghue.
