Bieber? Schmieber! Gaga? Schmaga! Etc. Britney Spears is queen of the Google+ social network, becoming the first user to pass the one million followers milestone. She’s just ahead of Google CEO Larry Page, with fellow artist Snoop Dogg (well, he’s listed as a ‘Spiritual Advisor’ on his profile) in third place. Mashable notes that Britney’s official website has a “gigantic Google+ icon” to promote her profile, which is likely one reason for her prominence on Google’s social network. That said, her Google+ following pales next to Twitter (where she has 11.9m followers) and Facebook (15.7m fans).
