Universal Music has launched an iPhone app for Ladyhawke, just in time for her new album ‘Anxiety’. The app includes the usual news, tour dates and tweets, but there are some interesting features included and upcoming. “The Ladyhawke App also features beautiful photo sharing with the help from Instagram,” explains its App Store listing. “Snap a photo, select a filter, and share it with your friends and Ladyhawke fans alike.” Specific Ladyhawke camera filters are promised for a forthcoming update. Also coming soon: “Ladyhawke Virtual Reality” and an option to stream the ‘Anxiety’ album. As far as we know, it’s one of the first artist apps to integrate Instagram, although for now that’s more about browsing Ladyhawke’s pics rather than uploading to Instagram from within the app itself.
