Finnish apps startup Mobile Backstage says its service has signed up more than 100k registered users on mobile phones since the launch of its first apps, with those users registering 4m ‘interactions’ in 2011 and 92m page views. CEO Paavo Bäckman is bullish about the company’s growth, which has so far seen it launch apps for the likes of Lykke Li, Tinie Tempah, Jessie J and You Me At Six. “Mobile Backstage communities are extremely active and we have no intention of stopping there. By the end of 2012 we will have one million users and no less than fifty million user interactions,” says Bäckman in a statement.
