Mobile operator T-Mobile has launched its new DRM-free music service across fixed-line and mobile in Austria and Germany with three of the four major labels, plus key independents. The service runs on 200 devices, with more than two million tracks available to buy. The operator says it hopes to launch the service in the UK soon, and to persuade Austrian customers to try it out, it’s giving new customers 50 tracks for free with their choice of music device.
