It came up as a topic at our Music Apps event earlier this month, for example, when several panelists noted an upswing in web traffic from mobile devices. Now Google has a new initiative in the UK that could help labels thinking along these lines. It’s called GetMo, and is aimed at small and medium sized businesses more than the entertainment industry. Still, it could be useful: there’s a tool to analyse how your website(s) look on smartphones, and plenty of tips on how to make them more mobile-friendly.
