The latest member survey by the UK Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) holds good news for streaming music service Spotify. The company tops the list as the most-liked advertising outlet for planners, strategists and buyers – dethroning Specific Media, which had held top spot in the annual survey for the previous four years. 83.5% of respondents agreed with the statement ‘My overall experience of dealing with this supplier is a good one’ for Spotify, which hadn’t even featured in the chart until this year. Spotify was also rated highest in questions about the quality of its response to briefs, its understanding of its own products, and its ‘delivery of innovative creative solutions’.
