Another Pirate Bay proxy site has bitten the dust at the hands of Dutch anti-piracy group BREIN – and this one belongs to the Dutch Pirate Party. It launched the site earlier this year to help people in Holland continue to access The Pirate Bay even if their ISP was blocking it. Now BREIN has won a court injunction against the site, which will see the Pirate Party fined €10,000 a day if it keeps it online. It’s now offline, replaced with a list of tips and other proxy services, but the Party is protesting on the grounds that it didn’t get to defend itself before the court order was issued.
