No Doubt’s argument that gaming company Activision misled them over how their avatars would look in the Band Hero will now get a jury hearing. Activision had moved to have several points in the case dismissed – including fraud, violation of publicity rights and breach of contract – but the case, which originally dates back to November 2009, will now go to jury trial later this year.
