US performance-rights body SoundExchange has signed five more reciprocal deals with overseas collecting societies, while joining the International Performer Database Association (IPDA). The deals in France, Spain, Sweden, Ireland and Jamaica bring SoundExchange’s number of international agreements to 22, with the company saying it expects to sign more later this year.
