Mobile analytics firm Flurry has published some new data on iOS versus Android in terms of developer support. The topline finding: “For every 10 apps that developers build, roughly 7 are for iOS,” says the company. Why? Partly because iOS is about iPad as well as iPhone, and partly because of Android fragmentation. Oh, and money: “For every $1.00 a developer earns on iOS, he can expect to earn about $0.24 on Android.”
App developers still hotter for iOS than Android
