Apple is rolling its iTunes store out in 12 new countries in Asia, representing its latest expansion in the region. Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan are the biggies, with the others being Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. The store will feature a mix of global and local music and films, with more than 20m songs available in these markets.
