British mobile music company Noise Inc has revealed a ‘strategic partnership’ with online loyalty firm Push Entertainment, which could lead to an eventual merger. The two companies are planning to work together on projects for music industry clients and other brands, including expansion into the US. It’s not quite an acquisition, we’re told, but if the partnership goes well, the two companies may become one. Noise Inc has worked for Vodafone, Universal Music and Ministry of Sound, while Push boasts Universal, EMI and Disney on its roster.
