For example, gigs. Now Vyclone has launched in the US and revealed more details of its funding. Co-founded by Sting’s son Joe Sumner, the free iPhone app is the work of a team split between Los Angeles and London. The company raised $2.7m late last year, with backers including Madonna’s manager Guy Oseary and actor/investor Ashton Kutcher. Live Nation and Dreamworks have also made strategic investments in the company.
