Axl Rose’s lawsuit against Guitar Hero publisher Activision will now proceed to court. Rose originally sued the company in 2010, claiming fraud and breach of contract and alleging that Guns ‘N Roses’ songs and imagery were misused in the game. Yesterday, an LA judge dismissed the fraud claim but decided that there was sufficient merit in the breach of contract claim to proceed to trial.
