Well, sort of. Listify is a new iPhone app that we spotted go live on the App Store this morning from developer SamuraiCode. It limits access to your Spotify account to a single playlist. “Designed for those who want to share music from Spotify with their kids and not worry about what music they are getting into,” explains its App Store listing. Changes made to the playlist in Spotify will be reflected in the app, although the fact that it costs 69p made us wonder – aren’t apps using Spotify’s API supposed to be free?
