We like the cut of Australian rock band Rudely Interrupted’s jib, as shown in their new iPhone and iPad app Rudely Active. Launched yesterday on the App Store, it’s a “musical comic book app” based on a couple of aliens who follow the band on tour. New EP ‘Mystery Girl’ provides the music, the band contribute their own voice narration, and there are mini-games and updates on their real-world activities. The app costs £1.99, though, so it’s likely to be something for existing fans rather than a way for newcomers to discover the band.
