At last! If you use photo-sharing app Instagram, you’ll know that every shot you take is published on a webpage, which people see if they click a link shared to social networks. Now the company is getting more serious about its web offering though, revealing plans to launch “Instagram profiles on the web” in the coming days. Profiles will show a selection of recently shared photos, while enabling logged-in Instagrammers to follow users, comment and like photos, and edit their profiles. Good news for the healthy community of musicians who are active on Instagram, with everyone getting their own profile URL to point people to.
