When it comes to potentially moving the digital-music needle in Europe with its Google Play store,. Doing the same on Google TV set-top boxes and TVs is… less so. Partly because there aren’t thought to be that many of these devices in use yet in Europe, and partly because they’ll only be getting music in the UK, Germany and France. So, people in one of those three countries with a Google TV in the living room will be able to access music through it from tomorrow (Tuesday 13 November), but as we noted in our Music Ally Report’s lead feature last week, it’s Google Play music being available on Android smartphones in several European countries that’s the big news this week.
