We’ve written about Audiobus several times in recent months: it’s an iOS app that links other iOS music-creation apps together, so they can make music together. Or, as its App Store listing puts it – because it was released yesterday – “With a simple and clean interface, easily connect the output of one Audiobus-compatible app into the input of another. Use Audiobus to play a synthesizer live into a looper or multi-track recorder, or use one app to manipulate the live output of another.” Apps supported at launch include Rebirth for iPad, JamUp and JamUp Pro, Loopy and Loopy HD, MultiTrack DAW and FunkBox, with more to follow. The central Audiobus app that handles the connections costs $9.99 on the App Store.
