France’s anti-piracy Hadopi agency revealed its latest numbers as 2012 came to an end. It has sent more than 1.25m warnings to broadband subscribers since launching in 2009: 1.15m first warnings, 100k second warnings and 340 third warnings, with 14 cases passed to local prosecutors, and a single person being fined €150, with another convicted but not fined.
