Earlier this week, HTC unveiled its latest Android smartphone: the HTC One. Among its selling points is something called BlinkFeed: a personalisation feature that streams “all your favourite content” onto the homescreen in a feed. We didn’t cover the initial announcement, because it sounded like it was focused on news – like a preloaded version of apps like Flipboard. However, it seems digital music will be part of BlinkFeed too. Deezer has published a blog post noting its involvement in BlinkFeed, for example. “As of today, we’re a global content partner for HTC’s Blinkfeed,” it explains. “The great thing about the HTC One is that through a series of deep integrations, partner content is accessible straight to the home screen. So with Blinkfeed, you’ll be able to use your phone to get hold of the music you love from Deezer immediately, without going through an app.”
