Advertising Bureau’s report claims that internet ad revenues grew 15% in 2012 to $36.6bn. 46% of those revenues still came from search ads, but there was strong growth for digital video ads, which rose 29% to $2.3bn of spend in 2012. The IAB report claims mobile advertising revenues jumped 111% to $3.4bn in 2012, taking a 9% share of total internet ad revenues.
