Analyst firm Juniper Research claims that the “mobile streamed music services” revenues will rise more than 40% to $1.7bn in 2013, with the US “poised to overtake” South Korea as the most lucrative market. The report points to Spotify’s telco partnerships in Europe, as well as Apple’s anticipated personal radio service, as key drivers for the growth.
