The wait is over for fans who’ve been eagerly awaiting the chance to hear more of Daft Punk’s new ‘Random Access Memories’ album than just the single ‘Get Lucky’. The album has been made available to stream in full on the band’s iTunes profile – the latest pre-release streaming exclusive for Apple. The stream went live shortly after a leaked copy of the album appeared on filesharing services, and while some have suggested that the iTunes stream may have been a response, a week before release would be the usual time for a pre-release stream to debut. The news came as Daft Punk held an album playback for journalists and celebrities at The Shard in London, and released an official “Unboxed” video through their YouTube channel, showing the vinyl version of the LP being lovingly, yes, unboxed.
