Tonight’s the night for Apple to unveil its new iPhones, and while the details of its new handsets have been compehensively leaked in recent weeks, we suspect the company may have a surprise or two up its sleeves. Reports have focused on two new models: a high-end iPhone 5S that’s faster and more powerful than the existing iPhone 5, and a (slightly) cheaper and more cheerful iPhone 5C whose main selling point appears to be different colour options. A separate event in Beijing is also expected to herald a big operator partnership for iPhone in China. Also today, expect to see new software for the Apple TV set-top box (and possibly new hardware), the announcement of the release date for the new iOS 7 software (likely to be two days before the new devices go on sale), and perhaps some more information about the iTunes Radio music service.
