There’s some fun back-and-forth going on around the Coinye cryptocurrency that we reported on last week, when it was known as Coinye West and subject to a cease-and-desist order from Kanye West’s lawyers.Cue changes for Coinye, including dropping the “West” and changing its logo.
“As you can tell from our new community-submitted, updated materials, we make no visual or verbal reference to Kanye West but to a half-man-half-fish hybrid who is wearing sunglasses, again, totally separate from any resemblance to your client,” explains a response from Coinye’s developers.
