NightBus are the latest artist to work with interactive music video company Interlude on a promo clip, following in the footsteps of Bob Dylan. The video for ‘When The Night Comes’ is actually two videos (and two renditions of the song) – one that’s more dancey and one that’s more rocky, based on each of the band’s singers. Fans can blend the two by using a slider bar at the bottom of the video. “To my knowledge, this is the first time a combination of multimedia audio and video have been used together in this way,” NightBus’ Jack Kennedy tells Mashable. “You can essentially see and hear this video an infinite number of times and have a different experience every time. There are so many hidden Easter eggs the user will want to go back and watch it every which way.” It’s the latest partnership between label S-Curve and Interlude following the video for US band We The Kings a couple of years ago (Bulletin, 24-Nov-11).
