Changes are afoot at Twitter, which announced the departure of its chief operating officer Ali Rowghani yesterday. Tech blogs are buzzing with speculation about the news – most suggest the buck for slower-than-hoped growth stopped with the COO, while others claim Twitter boss Dick Costolo is looking for faster innovation on the product side too.
