Google and Samsung are working together in Latin America on a promotion for the Google Play Music All Access streaming service. Starting in Brazil, anyone who buys Samsung’s Galaxy S4 or S5 smartphones or its Galaxy Tab tablet will get an extended six-month trial of Google’s streaming service. Meanwhile, from the start of November, anyone with a Samsung device can sign up for a three-month free trial of the service. Billboard reports that the six-month trial for new buyers will expand well beyond Brazil to 16 other Latin American countries in the near future.
