A tipping point of sorts for Spotify? 52% of the streaming service’s listening now happens on mobile devices: 42% on mobile phones and 10% on tablets, compared to 45% in its desktop application and 3% in its web player. That’s according to stats displayed at a party last week at the CES show for brands and advertisers, where it was snapped by TechCrunch. More stats: Spotify said that users who listen on both desktop and mobile average 150 minutes per day on Spotify, while 55% of users connect their accounts with Facebook. Remember the days when such a connection was required to sign up for Spotify?
