Mobile analytics firm App Annie has published a chart of the 52 top grossing apps publishers of 2014, based on their revenues on iOS and Android. Why 52? Because the company has turned the chart into a promotional deck of cards, of course. #marketing.

Anyway, the chart is dominated by mobile games firms and social networking / messaging apps, with the top three being Supercell (of Clash of Clans fame), King (Candy Crush Saga) and GungHo Online (Puzzle & Dragons). Line, Tencent, Colopl, Electronic Arts, Mixi, MachineZone and Bandai Namco round out the top 10. And music? Well, down in 37th place is Pandora, based on its in-app revenues from subscriptions – the chart only counts consumer spending, not advertising income – but no other music services get a look-in.
