Apple Music launches in China


On 30 June this year, Apple Music launched in more than 100 countries, but one of the key markets for its parent company was missing from the list: China. Today, that’s changing: Apple Music has launched in China, along with sister services iTuns Movies and iBooks. As elsewhere in the world, Chinese Apple Music trial members will get three months access for free, after which they’ll pay RMB 10 a month ($1.57) for a subscription, or RMB 15 ($2.36) for the family plan covering up to six people.
