Here’s good timing for you: no sooner does Bop.fm shut down, then similar cross-platform streaming service Soundsgood Music launches its iPhone app.

“Create and discover playlists across all streaming platforms with Soundsgood.co — the elegant music curation service used by the world’s first community of DJs, artists, record labels, festivals, journalists, bloggers, and music lovers,” explains its App Store listing.

“The Soundsgood Music app let you stream the best playlists curated on Soundsgood.co to make your day better and guide your music discovery whenever you need music.”

The service currently works with YouTube and SoundCloud, as well as web-only integrations with Spotify, Deezer and Rdio. While it faces the same challenges of making money as Bop.fm and similar aggregators, it’s good to see more developers poking at the task of building bridges between streaming services.
