While the music industry continues to debate the potential to charge more than $9.99 (or, alternatively, less) for a streaming subscription, popular game Minecraft is going in high with its new subscription service: $29.99 a month.

The twist: this isn’t for anything digital, but rather for a physical box of “Minecraft gear, exclusive items, and neat DIY crafting recipes” called a Mine Chest.

“Now you can subscribe for a monthly box of Minecraft goodness, even some items that you can’t mine anywhere else,” explained developer Mojang. “This brilliant chest travels around all different areas of the Minecraft world collecting wonderful things to be delivered straight to you.”

Millions of children will be pestering their parents for this, although for now, the Mine Chest is only available in the US.
