Warner Music Group announced a music-videos partnership with a company beginning with ‘V’ yesterday, but it wasn’t (yet) Vevo.

Instead, WMG has struck a deal with Vadio, a company that has its own distribution network of more than 80 website and app partners. Essentially it’s one deal that can push WMG’s videos out to all those destinations, without the company having to sign individual licensing deals. “Vadio provides a smart service that gives partners quick and easy access to our artists’ content, within a ready-to-go video platform,” is how WMG’s Ron Wilcox explained it in a statement. “We believe video will get integrated into every digital media destination,” added Vadio CEO Bryce Clemmer.
