Pandora’s latest artist partnership is with Questlove from The Roots.

He has signed up as a strategic adviser and “artist ambassador” for the streaming service, as well as committing to a three-hour radio show called Questlove Supreme.

Pandora describes the latter as “a weekly ride through the global musical landscape featuring adventurous music selections, compelling conversations and revealing interviews with music lovers from the entertainment industry and beyond”.

It’ll sit within a Questlove-focused station on Pandora, and represents the company’s latest move into original content – a counterpart to what Apple Music has done with Beats 1’s artist-led shows, and what Spotify has done with its In Residence series.
