Involved Management Management Assistant
Home to Above & Beyond, Dusky, Lane 8 and Yotto (among others), Involved Management is the growing artist management arm of the Involved Group. With offices in London and Los Angeles, Involved Group also incorporates two renowned dance labels, Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep, as well as Involved Publishing.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive management assistant to work across two of our highest profile acts and our broader roster.
Responsibilities
– Communicating effectively with agents, promoters, labels and artists
– Social media and tour marketing planning and support
– Acting as artist liaison at live events
– Booking travel, managing tour logistics, advancing shows, creating tour itineraries and budgets
– Managing artist diaries and scheduling interviews, press and promotional opportunities
– Maintaining an artist’s online profile (biography, tour dates, discography etc.)
– Royalty tracking and MCPS/PRS/PPL registration
– Providing support to managed artists across our wider roster as and when required
Skills & Attributes
– Highly organised, able to work within a fast moving environment
– A passion for electronic music
– A can-do attitude, ability to independently find solutions to challenges
– Flexible approach to working hours
– Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
