Spotify and Disney have worked together on an interesting digital marketing campaign for the new Beauty and the Beast film.

Users of Spotify’s free tier in the UK are seeing video ads pointing them towards a website inviting them to “explore the Beast’s enchanted castle”, where their Spotify profile will be analysed to “see which room is for you”.

Those rooms include The Rose Room, The Ballroom, Belle’s Bedroom, The Beast’s Bedroom, The Dining Room, The Library and The Dungeon, with each having its own Spotify playlist packed with Disney songs.

The site also includes video interviews with actors and musicians involved with the movie. It’s a sign of how Spotify is trying to work on more ambitious campaigns with key advertising clients.
