Openstage – Account Manager (Social/Events)- West London

Openstage is a fan first platform that gives fans priority on the things they want. Too often, it is troublesome buying tickets at a fair price and it’s not always easy for fans to spend their money in one place for ticket and merch bundles as well as VIP packages.

 The Openstage platform delivers a solution for these problems whilst capturing valuable data for managers and artists, making events more profitable, less risky and all the while building a direct communication pipeline to the fans wherever they are.

Purpose of the Job

Sourcing, building, managing, supporting events and projects built under the Openstage platform. Managing and developing accounts, to maximize turnover and profit. Hitting personal targets and contributing to overall profitability, success and positive image of the company in the marketplace.

Key responsibilities

-Implement the sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in

-Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.

-Identify new accounts to sell products and services into.

-Maintain a high-profile presence in the market place through the creation of win-win situations with customers that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial

-Control costs to ensure that expenditure is being managed in line with budgets.

-Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives

-Create and manage events to ensure that all are legitimate events

-Source promoter and event manager partners enabling events to happen

-Market events positively where ever possible

-Call prospects to open up new leads with all spare time

-All sales to be collated, documented and managed in the CRM system provided maintaining the validity and integrity of the enablement network with Openstage.


Education to degree level, preferable.

Formal training in sales techniques and/or account management


1-3 years demonstrable track record of success in sales.

Demonstrable experience coordinating/selling within the events space

Ability to network within a customer organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers.

Expert users of social media tools and services

Commercial and/or Enterprise Focus
