Every year, Music Ally publishes an end-of-year report for Sandbox, our music-marketing brand, rounding up the best campaigns of the year. 2018’s is now available for you to read.
As usual we were overwhelmed by the number and the quality of entries from labels, managers and other music companies, telling us about their best digital marketing campaigns.
That is not just hot air; there were a staggering number of submissions this year, making the picking of a final 40 an especially arduous task this time around.
We’ve chosen 40 of the best, listed in alphabetical order but with special awards for the campaigns that we thought offered something extra, unique and new. It is, we hope, a hell of a list that will be useful to anyone involved (or keen to be involved) in music marketing.
As usual, we’re popping the report out from behind our subscription paywall, so you’re welcome to download and share the report with colleagues and friends, or point them towards this URL (as that’ll help us to get an idea of how many people have been reading it, which is nice).
