The Role

We are looking for a Head of Partnership Development (Northern, Eastern & Central Europe) to manage the overall revenue and operational responsibility for the Northern, Eastern and Central Europe region.

This will be achieved by setting the revenue and strategic goals for the region as well as driving all new business development activities. You will also need to determine market intelligence gaps, build compelling evidence and create recommendations on revenue priorities in the region.

The Head of Partnership Development will act as senior key account manager with regional partners, developing key strategic partner relationships as well as oversee partner compliance with existing agreements, and participate as a senior member in any new negotiations.

Another key responsibility is around people management. You will be responsible for the coordination of operational running of regional processes by prioritising and coordinating workload between the Partner Managers and support resources as well as direct line management responsibilities and dotted line specialised resources.


Minimum requirements

BA/BS degree educated or a minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience; solid experience in commercial negotiations; proven experience in people management; fluent in German.

Preferred requirements

MBA degree or directly relevant experience; proven track record of business development in the region; existing relationships with key partners in the region; expertise in financial analysis and business modelling; determining market intelligence gaps, analysing information and converting to practical recommendations; understanding of PRS for Music systems; fluent in Polish, Dutch, Russian.
