Facetune is a popular app among young people who want to digitally tweak their selfies before sharing them with the world. Its developer, a company called Lightricks, is now expanding into apps for businesses wanting to give their own social profiles a boost (albeit not quite in the same way as Facetune).

The company has launched three new apps: StoryBoost, VideoBoost and PosterBoost. The first helps small businesses to create Instagram stories; the second helps them turn video clips into more interesting shareable vids; and the third turns photos into social posts.

“Businesses are results-driven, and that’s the basis of the BoostApps — empowering and enabling businesses to create social media marketing materials that are not only beautiful, but also effective,” claimed CEO Zeev Farbman.

The apps could be of use to smaller labels or management companies looking to give their socials a bit more polish. Like Facetune, they’re charged for using a subscription model: $7.99 – $9.99 a month each, with discounts for annual or ‘lifetime’ purchases.
