Fitness firm Peloton is among the investors in a $5m Series A funding round for startup Weav Music, which was announced just before Christmas. VC firms King River Capital, Passion Capital and Rivet Ventures also chipped in. Weav’s focus is on ‘adaptive music’ technology, initially within a running app that can adapt tracks to the pace of the listener.
