The Music Tectonics Conference is returning for its second year in Los Angeles this October. Organised by music/tech PR firm Rock Paper Scissors, the event will take place on 27-28 October, with a focus on the innovations happening around live as well as recorded music.

The company is also having some fun with the marketing for the conference itself, teaming up with Audience Republic to launch a gamified pre-orders site that will encourage people to earn discounts or even a free pass by spreading the word about the conference and earning points.
