Music distribution company FUGA has announced the appointment of new senior hires, six months after being acquired by Downtown Music Holdings. The Netherlands-based company has now signalled their ambition by bringing in a trio of new faces, all with strong digital music experience.

Former Ditto Head of Artist & Labels Services Craig May is joining FUGA as Global Head of Streaming & Marketing Services. Ex-7digital CTO Manan Vohra arrives to become Global Head of Technology and Product, and Rob Webb joins as Head of Product from AWAL, where he was VP, Digital Operations & Supply Chain.

FUGA still functions as a standalone business since their acquisition, and the company’s ‘FUGA platform’ manages 5.5m tracks for clients, including Domino, Ultra, and Tommy Boy Entertainment.

Music Ally’s next Learn Live webinar will help you understand what’s required for artists to thrive in new international markets!
