Apple is holding its latest press event on 15 September, with most gossip so far suggesting it’ll be focused more on Apple Watch and iPad, and less on new iPhones.

But what about that long-rumoured ‘super bundle’ of services? It’s possible it will be announced then too.

At least, there’s new evidence that it’s on the way: news site 9 to 5 Google has been furtling through the code of Apple Music’s Android app, and has discovered references like ‘included in Apple One’, ‘subscription bundle’ and ‘You can manage your Apple One subscription using your iPhone, iPad, Apple TV or Mac’.

That doesn’t necessarily mean a 15 September announcement though: the prevailing thinking is that if Apple doesn’t reveal its new iPhones at that event, there may be another press launch in October for those, which might be a more logical moment for Apple One to be unveiled.
